In an effort to revitalize the former industrial zone of La Restanque, this development skillfully combines housing, offices, retail, and green spaces. With 1,027 m² of commercial space and 2,157 m² of office space for the Association des Paralysés de France, this project embodies true functional diversity. The first six, designed by the Emmanuel Nebout architectural studio, are six stories high and offer a mix of uses, combining residential and commercial spaces. The seventh, designed by Brengues Le Pavec Architectes, offers a more intimate approach with only three stories and 20 dual-aspect apartments.
